Where can I find my order confirmation?
You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been placed. Please be sure and check your JUNK or SPAM if you do not see this in your inbox.
When can I expect my order to ship?
To process and dispatch orders can take up to 5-7 business days.
When will my order be delivered?
You can expect delivery in 1–2 weeks. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes (including cancellations) to orders after they have been submitted. The good news? You can return your order by mail or in store as soon as you receive your package.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. You can also select the 'track order' option here.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, orders shipped to PO boxes are sent via Canada Post.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is Bellissima’s return policy?
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. For regular-priced and sale merchandise returned within 14 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
*Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on CLEARANCE items, earrings, masks, or any other product marked “final sale”.
How can I return my online order?
You may exchange or return your order from bellissimafashions.com at the store of your choice or by mail.
In-Store: Please bring with you a printed copy of your confirmation email (this is your official eReceipt) and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, unworn and unwashed, with original tags. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
PLEASE NOTE: Our stores cannot credit PayPal at this time, however, we will refund your purchase on store credit which can be used in-store.
*The above return policy only applies to Alberta, Kelowna, Winnipeg and Saskatoon stores.
*Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at British Columbia store locations (excluding Kelowna).
Package the unworn, unwashed items, with original tags, securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible. Please fill in the packing list for return reasons and put it along with your package. Affix the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it through your preferred postal carrier.
PLEASE NOTE: The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Are shipping fees refundable?
All shipping costs, including returns costs are non-refundable.
When will I receive the refund for my return?
Once your item has been returned, allow approximately 10 business days to process your credit. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional few days for the refund to be fully processed in your account.
Can I get a price adjustment if the price of an item goes on sale or on promotion?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for online/in store purchases. Our promotions cannot be applied towards previous purchases.
