Regular Priced Merchandise
Regular priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 14 days from the date of purchase*
*providing merchandise is unworn, and tickets are attached (Proof of Purchase required). Refunds will be credited in the same manner purchase was made.

Sale Price Merchandise
Sale priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 7 days from the date of purchase*
*providing merchandise is unworn, and tickets are attached (Proof of Purchase required). Refunds will be credited in the same manner purchase was made.

Gift Return Policy
Gifts with a gift receipt are returnable for up to 30 days for store credit*
*providing merchandise is unworn, and tickets are attached (Proof of Purchase required).

Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments

Final Sale
All Jewelry is Final Sale. All merchandise that is 50% off or more and any Take Extra % items are Final Sale.

Online Purchases

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the Shipping Date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.

*Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on CLEARANCE items, earrings, masks, or any other product marked “final sale”.

You may exchange or return your web order at the store of your choice or by mail. 

In-Store:  Please bring with you a printed copy of your confirmation email or Packing Slip (this is your official eReceipt) and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, unworn and unwashed, with original tags.

PLEASE NOTE: Our stores cannot credit PayPal at this time, however, we will refund your purchase on store credit which can be used in-store. 

*The above return policy only applies to Alberta, Kelowna, Winnipeg and Saskatoon stores.
*Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at British Columbia store locations (excluding Kelowna).

By Mail:

Package the unworn, unwashed items, with original tags, securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible. Please fill in the packing list for return reasons and put it along with your package. Affix the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it through your preferred postal carrier. 

PLEASE NOTE: The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. All shipping costs, including returns costs are non-refundable.
